Overview

TelegraTalk is developed by Baldwin Data Works Inc. ("we", "us"). TelegraTalk is a client application for Telegram — it does not operate its own servers, accounts, or backend for your messages. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the app.

Information We Do Not Collect

Baldwin Data Works Inc. does not collect, receive, store, or have access to your Telegram messages, contacts, chat history, voice recordings, or account credentials. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind inside TelegraTalk.

How Your Data Is Used

Telegram account & messages. TelegraTalk connects directly to Telegram's own servers using Telegram's official TDLib SDK and the credentials you enter during sign-in (the same phone number and code flow as the official Telegram app). Your messages travel directly between your device and Telegram — never through any server we operate. Telegram's handling of your data is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy.

Microphone & speech recognition. When you dictate a reply, your voice is processed by Apple's built-in Speech framework — on-device, or via Apple's speech recognition servers depending on your device's settings. TelegraTalk itself does not record, store, or transmit your voice anywhere. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles this processing.

On-device message cleanup. On devices with Apple Intelligence available, TelegraTalk may use Apple's on-device Foundation Models to remove filler words and clean up punctuation in your dictated reply before it's sent. This processing happens entirely on your device; nothing is sent to Baldwin Data Works Inc. or any third party for this purpose.

Data Stored On Your Device

TelegraTalk stores your Telegram session and a small language preference locally on your device, using Telegram's own local session storage and iOS's standard app storage. Nothing is transmitted to or stored by Baldwin Data Works Inc.

Third-Party Services

• Telegram (via TDLib) — message delivery and account authentication.
• Apple Speech framework — speech-to-text transcription.
• Apple Intelligence (on-device, where available) — dictation cleanup.

Each is governed by its own provider's privacy policy, linked above.

Children's Privacy

TelegraTalk is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
